The Invitations Have Arrived!
Friday morning I met up with Sara of Constellation & Co. to pick up our wedding invitations... they turned out AMAZING! I absolutely love them : ) They are so happy (kind of like me)! And, the invitation design resembles the garden that Brian and I are getting married in : )
The envelopes are a very pretty turquoise blue. The paper for the invitations and RSVP postcards is a pale green (although it looks off white in most of the pictures). They are letterpress invitations, so you can feel the subtle indentations : ) Excuse the less than perfect pictures... I did the best I could with the poor lighting in my apartment and a little computer editing...
Oh... and in case anyone is wondering... the wedding will be in full celebration mode in 10 weeks at this time!

Hunt
In addition to planning my wedding and finishing my later quarter of college, I am on the hunt! Well, technically we are on the hunt for an apartment and I am on the hunt for a HR job. I am feeling optimistic, hopeful, and excited to see what the Lord has in store.

Honeymoon!
We just booked out honeymoon to Maui and we are sooo excited! We will fly out of Seattle to Maui the morning after our wedding on June 19th (Sunday) and stay at the Royal Lahaina Resort until we fly back to Seattle on June 24th (Friday). We are looking forward to exploring this beautiful island together and soaking up some sun on Maui's famous beaches!
Could Not Be Happier!
I could not be happier to (finally) announce that Elle Bryant (a bridesmaid) and Jake Carlson (a groomsman) are engaged and getting married this August! They have been such a source of love, encouragement, support, adventure, and absolute fun for Brian and I over the last few years. It has been a joy to watch their relationship grow into what it is today. They are so perfect for each other and I'm thrilled that the Lord has brought them together!

Real...
I received an email today from my future mother-in-law informing Brian and I that our first gifts from our registry arrived today!!! I had NO idea how excited I was going to be... but let me tell you... I squealed! It's finally hitting me that we're going to be married... like living together, eating together, creating a home together, starting a future together. And I am more excited than ever before about it! I cannot wait to open the many generous, thoughtful, and beautiful presents that we will receive in a few months! It's going to be so exciting to see our home come alive - full of things that remind us of all the wonderful and supportive people in our lives! I just can't stop smiling! And to the sweetheart who got us our very first gifts... thank you for making my day! and for being the one to make it all feel so wonderfully real!
